The conspiracy of some chaotic elements to spoil the atmosphere in Kushinagar was foiled by the police. In the village of Barwa Rajapakad in Turkapatti police station area, anarchists uprooted the Shivling installed at Shivamandir on Sunday night and threw it into an adjacent pit.
