Anand Swaroop Shukla, Minister of State in the UP Government, on Monday distributed the approval letters to the five beneficiaries of housing and five women associated with the Rural Livelihoods Mission in the Vikas Bhavan auditorium. Counting the achievements of the state government in the distribution ceremony, he said that by 2022, each of the characters will get accommodation. The minister said that according to the 2011 census, families who have been relinquished from housing, photography is being done in every village through BDO with a view to providing housing to these families. He said that 20 thousand houses have been approved in the district, this house will be given on priority basis to Mushar, Leprosy and flood affected people.
He said that rural development is working with honesty so that the life of the common man is happy, in this order 100 days of employment is being given under the National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. Stressing the establishment of groups in villages, he said that it is necessary to constitute at least 3 groups in each village. He informed that ration shop has been allotted to self-help groups on priority. Similarly, the government intends to distribute nutrition through self-help groups. CDO Annapurna Garg told the residents that if a person asks for money in the name of providing housing, then inform it to BDO, PD and CDO, the name of those giving information will be kept confidential. BJP district president Premchand Mishra, DDO Seshanath Chauhar, PD Sanjay Pandey, DC MNREGA PP Tripathi, all BDOs including beneficiaries of housing, MNREGA and NRLM were present on the occasion.
